Waiver of Liability

Hey traveler! We’re glad you chose Wolf Wanderlust LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “our”, or “us”), for your travel planning needs. Before we get started, we just need to cover a few important things in this “Waiver of Liability”. We’re here to help you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) plan your perfect trip!

Bookings You Make

While we can provide advice and recommendations, any bookings you make directly with airlines, hotels, or other service providers, even if from options that we have provided to you, are done on your own. The bookings you reserve are done independently of the Company.

Credit Card Processing and Making Reservations for You

Sometimes we will need to gather credit card information from you in order to reserve a booking, make reservations for you, or both. When we do this, you are giving us permission to charge your account for the specified amount by the indicated date. This permission is just for the transactions listed here and doesn’t authorize any other charges. This also means that you understand the terms and conditions for your trip, you have received the trip confirmation, and you have double-checked all the details, like names, destinations, and travel dates, to make sure everything is correct.

Travel Protection

You also took some time to learn about the benefits of travel protection and understand that if you choose to purchase it, the premium won’t be refundable. We always recommend travel protection insurance, and are counting on you to understand the information we have provided about its benefits and cancellation policies. Also, we are not an insurance company so we know you understand that if you decide to buy travel insurance, the policy will determine your coverage for any potential financial loss.

Release of Liability

By working with us, you agree to release Company, along with our team, from any claims or liabilities that may arise from direct bookings. We’re here to support you, but you’re in charge of your reservations. Stated differently, when you book your travel, you agree release, waive, and discharge the Company, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, that may arise from or relate to any travel arrangements or bookings made directly by you. You also understand that this release of liability applies to when we book things for you.

Travel Risks

Travel is an adventure, and with that comes some risks—like cancellations or unexpected changes. We want you to know that when you make bookings directly or when we book them for you, you are taking on these risks. Travel inherently involves certain risks including, among other things, cancellations, delays, accidents, and other unforeseen events, and you are assuming all risks associated with the travel arrangements made independently. Additionally, it is your responsibility, as a traveler, to stay updated on vaccination and testing requirements for your trip and you are aware that these requirements can change at any time.

Keeping Each Other Safe

You also agree to protect us from any claims or losses that might result from your direct bookings. We want to keep this a positive experience for everyone! This means that you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Travel Company from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Customer’s direct bookings or travel arrangements.

Other Legal Stuff We Agree To

This agreement is governed by the laws of Indiana. If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the rest will still apply. This Waiver of Liability captures our understanding together. It replaces any prior discussions we may have had on this topic. You agree that you are legally responsible for your personal actions related to the travel you book. You agree on behalf of you and your heirs, successors and assigns, to hold harmless and defend the Company and any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, and the officers, directors, employees, members, agents, and any other representatives associated with the Company and its affiliates or subsidiaries, from any and all actions, claims, demands, damages, costs, and expenses, and all direct, punitive, and consequential damages arising from or in connection with any travel you book, or in connection with any illness or injury or cost of medical treatment in connection with such travel.

We’re excited to help you plan an amazing trip!
